Established in 2025, RV Talent Management has successfully managed to help connect young and upcoming talent, to producers, directors, and booking managers widely across the UK.

The talents that have been connected were associated with music, film and entertainment. 

Unfortunately, the industries mentioned above took a huge blow, thanks to a series of events; from the pandemic, to a recession and it took until 2024 for them to pick back up!

So, here we are, back again for our vision management 2.0.

We are looking to launch under a new management structure, brought to you by Neal Simmons and Simeon Archer,

Please be patient with us when joining our agency as time and care must be taken to ensure all paperwork, NDA's and agreements are dealt with correctly.

Those under 18 must have a suitable guardian when joining, and they will also be required to sign an agreement in your absence.
